Olio Mancini is a family‑run olive farm in Fiesole, just above Florence, where centuries‑old Tuscan traditions meet a family story that spans three continents. We speak six languages and warmly welcome guests from around the world to share our love for olive trees, simple food, and nature.
For us, olive oil is more than a product—it is culture, medicine, and a way of life. We tend our land organically, follow the rhythms of the seasons, and produce limited quantities of high‑quality extra‑virgin oil that we proudly put our family name on.
